All shipments will be carefully packaged and sent from our warehouse in the United States. All shipments are sent tracked via USPS within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
Free shipping applies to the following shipment locations and according to the following terms:
USA + Canada: Free shipping for purchases of USD100 and over.
UK + Europe: Free Shipping for purchases of USD120 and over.
Australia + New Zealand + Asia: Free shipping for purchases of USD130 and over.
All other orders that do not meet the free shipping minimums will be subject to the following flat shipping rates:
USA + Canada: USD10
UK + Europe: USD15
Australia + New Zealand + Asia: USD20
A maximum of 2 samples per product type may be purchased in a single order.
A maximum of 5 samples may be purchased for flat rate shipping of USD5 for global shipping.
If more than 5 samples are purchased standard shipping rates apply.
Average shipping times:
USA + Canada: 3-5 business days
UK + Europe: 7-10 business days
Australia + New Zealand + Asia: 7-14 business days
Please check your tracking with USPS for more accurate shipping times. If you have any queries after an item has shipped please contact USPS. Note that in some cases tracking may transfer over to your local postal services' website.

You, the buyer, are responsible to pay all relevant duties, taxes and customs fees related to the import of your purchase to your destination country. We, the seller, are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns of our products for hygiene reasons.
Refunds or Exchanges:
We do not issue refunds on our items. We may offer a store credit in certain circumstances.
