General Shipping Information

Shipments to the USA, Canada, Asia and ANZ are shipped from our warehouse in the USA. Shipments will be carefully packaged and sent tracked via USPS within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.


Shipments to the UK and European Union are shipped from our warehouse in Ireland. Shipments will be carefully packaged and sent tracked via DPD/ DHL/ GLS within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Qualifying for Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to the following shipment locations and according to the following terms:

USA + Canada: Free shipping for purchases of USD95 and over

Australia + New Zealand + Asia: Free shipping for purchases of USD150 and over

Europe Zone 1: Free shipping for purchases of USD120 and over

Europe Zone 2: Free shipping for purchases of USD140 and over

Europe Zone 3: Free shipping for purchases of USD160 and over*
UK: Free shipping for purchases of USD140 and over

* Norway and Switzerland may add import fees may apply for which the customer is responsible.

Standard Shipping Rates

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be subject to the following flat shipping rates:

USA: USD10

Canada: USD10

Australia + New Zealand + Asia: USD25

Europe Zone 1: USD15

Europe Zone 2: USD25

Europe Zone 3: USD40*
UK: USD25

* Norway and Switzerland may add import fees may apply for which the customer is responsible.

Discovery Kit Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all Discovery Kit orders to the USA and Canada. However, if you add any other products to the cart, standard shipping rates will apply.

Average Shipping Times

Shipping times are dependent on USPS volumes at the time of shipping. Usually we expect orders delivered within these time frames:

USA + Canada: 3-5 business days

Australia + New Zealand + Asia: 15-20 business days

Europe + UK: 5-20 business days depending on your shipping zone


Note that during times of high stress on global supply chains these times may be longer. We always provide tracking via an automated email after your purchase – please refer to this. Once the shipment has left our warehouse and is received in your home country the tracking will be updated and you will need to contact your country post office or courier for further information.

Duties/ Taxes/ Customs Fees in Destination Country

You, the buyer, are responsible to pay all relevant duties, taxes and customs fees related to the import of your purchase to your destination country. We, the seller, are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country.

Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

We offer exchange on full size products only within 7 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange, please contact us on hello@luxebotanics within 7 days of receipt to initiate the process. All full size products must be returned unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with a receipt for proof of purchase.

Please package the returned items securely to prevent damage during shipping as any items damaged during transit cannot be exchanged. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and recommend you return the items by Registered Post.

When we have received your returned item in as new condition, you will receive a voucher which can be redeemed on our online store within 3 months. Shipping will be charged separately.

We do not offer exchanges on kits or deluxe mini’s.
